Community Participation Supports
We link adults who have an intellectual disability to meaningful leisure, recreation, practical learning and volunteer opportunities, with daily activities that are unique to each person’s interests.
Accommodation Supports
Providing support with every aspect of living. Unique, 24-hour supports every day for youth and adults who live in a Community Living Essex County owned home.
Supported Independent Living
Individualized support for people who live on their own.
Virtual Supports
Virtual Supports has become a great way to keep people connected while having fun and staying safe. People can participate in the sessions that reflect their specific interests or try something entirely new!
Select-a-Break Respite
Providing temporary breaks for caregivers through short-term, scheduled respite for children, youth and adults, based out of your home or in a respite support home owned by Community Living Essex County.
Family Home Program
People in the community who would like to share their lives and home with a person who has an intellectual disability in a safe, supportive, and caring living environment.
Personal Outcomes Planning
We work with people with an intellectual disability and their families to create an individualized plan that identifies each person’s support goals and dreams.
Enhanced Special Services
Developed to provide intensive clinical support, assessment and short term treatment, for individuals who are experiencing significant challenging behaviours or mental health concerns.
