We welcomed Taras Natyshak – MPP Essex and Dan Allen, Chair of the Local Grant Review Team to our office in Essex. They presented us with a plaque to celebrate the Ontario 150 Capital Grant we received from the Ontario Trillium Foundation.
In December 2016 we received $74,000 from the Ontario Trillium Foundation, which we then matched. These funds were used to upgrade our administrative office & community support centre. Updates include accessibility renovations to washrooms, retrofit the original fluorescent lighting to more energy efficient LED fixtures, improvements to the parking lot to eliminate safety hazards, as well as security upgrades to make the facility safer for all users.
